I advise, from personal experience, leaves of the so called House keeper, for healing skin from all sorts of pimples, cuts, spots, and other annoying little appearances alien to our natural state of skin. It was first used on me with success at the age of four. Ever since, I feel I know something important, all due to my grand mother who introduced me to a single leave of the house keeper. The leave was fresh, thick, juicy and clear. Very plesant to touch, too. So I grow it on my terrace even now, 30 years after the first encounter.
I look for equivalent simplicity in healing marks on our minds, dark spots in our past and present. And I find none.
No simple story behind, everything tends to be hard.
